They are very flexible worked around my busy schedule. I already had my equipment that was given to me from my grand kids but didn't have anyone to install it. My coworker told me about this company. They help me order parts that was needed for my system and once everything came. They installed the very next day, answered all of my question and walk me thought the mobile app.
